Open Your Intuition When It's Blocked
When your
world or the business culture restricts mental activity to logic, analysis,
control, cleverness, linear projection, offensive and defense strategizing,
and abstract conceptual thinking, problems can't be solved in an inspired
way and projects often leave a trail of emotional and spiritual carnage
in their wake. Balancing logic with intuitive, innovative thinking paves
the way for greater flow and genius.
You contract mentally, emotionally, and physically when you enter a state
of panic, worry, obsessiveness, irritation, criticism, jealousy, vengeance/retaliation,
aloofness, stoicism, overwhelm, or exhaustion. When you're contracted
and frozen, new information from the superconscious mind can't enter.
You're in survival mode, and will only notice what you think you need
to survive. This can make your thinking brittle and dull. Open your intuition
again by intentionally shifting your awareness into the opposite states:
• panic, worry, obsessiveness > relaxed confidence, sense
of ease, cheer
• irritation, criticism, jealousy > tolerance, appreciation,
permission
• vengeance, retaliation > nurturing, intention to learn and
teach
• aloofness, stoicism > participation, vulnerability, spontaneity
• overwhelm, exhaustion > rest, noodling around mindlessly
EXERCISE
1. No matter which survival mode you've fallen into, ask your inner self
to remind you as soon as possible to notice that you've contracted. Notice
the tense "inner posture" you're holding. Take a deep breath
and exhale as though you're saying Whew! Breathe again, and shudder or
shake your head, arms, shoulders, legs; stretch, walk, move. Change the
posture, widen your chest, and open your heart area. Bring more shiny
energy into your eyes as if you're expressing joy to someone.
2. If you're being critical, for example, recall a time when you were
experiencing appreciation. Imagine it in detail and let your body adapt
to feel the same feelings again. Note the new posture and feeling in your
body, and then have another look at what was bothering you. How can you
apply appreciation to your current situation?

WHAT'S
REAL?
We’ve
been experiencing an energy surge that has intensified our lives, emotions,
and the speed with which things are occurring. This is a refreshing change
from the dammed-up energy of 6 months ago! Now, we can sense our breakthroughs,
and how we are personally going to shift into "destiny mode"
vs. the "on automatic," semi-reactionary mode we've been in.
This
means that if you stay centered in your soul's vibration (however you
recognize that) and just keep BEING for a little while, you will become
saturated and some perfect ideas will pop up into your mind, or some perfect
opportunities will occur in your "field." You can't use
will power now. You must allow your own natural cheerfulness and enthusiasm
to "program" your field -- your personal field acts as a set
of instructions to the bigger field. The field will do the work for you.
You will do smallish, busybody stuff -- make phone calls, organize, create
some graphics, talk to people. . .but the field will orchestrate the new
movement. Your job now is to manage your energy state and be expectant
and alert to what's showing up and why.
